Recruiter (EU and/or North America)

About the Role

We are on the lookout for motivated, tech-savvy 360° Recruiters to join our network and support top-tier recruiting firms across various industries. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone looking to break into the industry, if you have strong phone-based experience (in sales, customer service, or call centers), you might be the perfect fit.

As a 360° Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely while being part of a dynamic and supportive recruiting ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates using modern recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Communicate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide candidate updates.

  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closing.

  • Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure long-term success.

  • Use a variety of tech tools and CRMs to manage pipelines and communication efficiently.


Who You Are

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, ATS/CRM systems, and video tools.

  • Phone-confident: Prior phone-based experience in roles like sales, support, or call centers.

  • A strong communicator with solid German and/or English fluency, both spoken and written.

  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Open-minded about industries – we match recruiters based on their experience and client needs.


Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience in agency recruiting or staffing.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or job boards.

  • A background in industries such as tech, healthcare, finance, logistics, or engineering.
