Data, AI, Research Magician (Remote)

We're looking for a tech-savvy System Admin & Research Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This isn’t your typical IT support role—it’s a hybrid position where tech meets curiosity, research meets strategy, and your ideas actually get implemented.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Administer and optimize our CRM system (and help the team fall in love with it).

  • Build AI, API, MCP, CLI connection or investigate options

  • Find new candidates, uncover hidden talent, and identify companies that are hiring.

  • Explore new tools, apps, and AI features to improve sourcing and outreach.

  • Set up and manage automated sequences and campaigns.

  • Track open roles in the market and stay informed on hiring trends.

  • Support recruiters and marketing with actionable insights and workflows.

  • Train and motivate the team to use tools effectively and efficiently.

About You:

  • Curious, resourceful, and love solving problems.

  • Comfortable using or learning CRMs and recruiting tools.

  • Organized, proactive, and a natural systems thinker.

  • Enjoy working with technology and experimenting with automation.

  • Familiar with social media, research tools, and AI platforms.

  • Bonus if you've worked as a developer, sales, or in a startup environment.
